Palo santo wood is used to clear and clear space around you and your body. Burn for 30 seconds and blow out, the wood releases earthy yet uplifting smoky aroma.
Sage is used traditionally to cleanse dense energy from houses and spaces. The herb once burnt protects and replenishes. Use in corners of the room allowing the smoke to burn upwards. Burn until herbs are starting to burn and blow out
